I have been serving as Director of Worship and Pastoral Ministry at St. Mary OTIC. Making sure we are doing as much as we can to serve the pastoral needs this parish, scheduling music, and growing our congregational repertoire (as well as many other responsibilities) have been keeping me pretty busy since I moved here in July 2014.
I grew up in Clinton, WI with my parents and 5 siblings, and I’ve been involved in Catholic Liturgy for as long as I can remember...my dad, Randy, serves as the Director of Music and Liturgy for Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in Beloit, WI (my home parish), and would often enlist our help for liturgies and events at church. I have a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Vocal Music from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha, WI.
I very much enjoy spending time with a good book or movie (especially my favorite Singin’ in the Rain), live theatre, concerts, and peaceful hikes at Devils Lake...just appreciating the beauty of God’s creation.
